Ray Ivie is Group President of the Engineering, Integration, and Services (EIS) Group at LGS Innovations. Mr. Ivie’s teams are responsible for the development and deployment of communications and processing solutions for governments, critical infrastructure operators, and large commercial enterprises and direct mission support services for intelligence operations.
Mr. Ivie’s career spans 23 years of military operational experience and 12 years of industry C4ISR experience. Prior to joining LGS, Mr. Ivie led the Geospatial P&L business area and later the Business Development group for General Dynamics Mission Systems. Prior to this, Mr. Ivie led C4ISR business development efforts for BAE Systems and was the Vice President of Strategic Development for L-3 Communications’ ComCept Division.
Mr. Ivie’s military experience includes commanding a carrier based S-3B squadron during combat operations, serving as an operations officer on The Joint Staff and two Carrier Strike Groups, serving as a US Senator’s military legislative assistant, and serving as a Navy liaison to Congress. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution, the U.S. Naval War College with a degree in National Security affairs, and was a Georgetown University Congressional Fellow.
